This notice explains cookies and similar technologies used on soprano.clinic. Cookies are small files stored in your browser; scripts and embedded services can also communicate with their providers when loaded.
You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose preferences. Analytics and third-party services are separate choices. You can also enable an individual embedded service when you want to use it.
What each choice means
Essential website functions
These support security, your consent choices and functions you request. Our consent manager, Complianz, uses cookies beginning cmplz_ to remember your choices and the policy version. These are set for up to 365 days, unless you clear them or a changed policy requires a fresh choice. Staff sign-in can also require WordPress authentication cookies; visitors do not need an account to browse.
Analytics — optional
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and use of our website. Its tag is blocked until you allow Analytics. It may use _ga and _ga_8976NNDHKR to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google’s default expiry is two years and can be refreshed during use; browser restrictions may shorten this. See Google’s cookie information and Google’s privacy policy.
Videos, maps and fonts — optional
YouTube videos, Google Maps and externally hosted Google Fonts are held back until the relevant service or the Third-party services category is enabled. Loading them sends information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Google. Videos and maps may use provider cookies, account information and advertising-related technologies. The particular cookies and their duration depend on the service, your Google account and browser settings. Read Google’s explanation of its cookies.
You may enable YouTube from a video placeholder without allowing our Analytics category. Website text remains readable using fallback fonts when external fonts are disabled.
Phorest booking and live prices
Our embedded booking and live-price views are supplied by Phorest. They load when you enable Phorest booking or accept Third-party services. This lets you use the booking system without consenting to Soprano’s website analytics.
You can always use a direct Phorest booking link instead. This takes you to Phorest’s website, where its own privacy, session and cookie controls apply. The embedded service is also operated by Phorest: our banner controls when it loads, but cannot manage cookies inside Phorest’s separate domain. Review the privacy information displayed in our booking system before providing your details.
Reviews and ordinary links
We display published reviews using Trustindex and load supporting images and assets from external providers. Requests for those assets reveal ordinary connection information to the provider. Links to social media, gift vouchers and other websites take you to separate services with their own privacy choices. Following a link does not change your cookie choices on soprano.clinic.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the persistent Cookie settings button, available on desktop and mobile. To withdraw optional permissions, choose Reject optional; the page refreshes to stop the optional services. You can then enable only the services you want. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing, contacting the clinic or following the direct booking link.
Our settings apply to this website and this browser. They do not change your settings on other websites or devices. You can also use your browser to inspect, block or delete stored cookies, including cookies previously set by third parties. Clearing all cookies may remove saved preferences or sign you out of services.
