Your questions,
thoughtfully answered.
Clear information helps you choose with confidence. For anything specific to your appointment, speak to our team.
Ask us a question ↗Which consultation should I book?
Start with the concern you would like to discuss. Aesthetics is the starting point for facial balance or aesthetic treatment planning; skin health for your skin-care routine, texture or complexion; and laser for hair removal or laser and IPL skin options. If your concerns overlap, call our team and we will help you choose the right appointment.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. You can arrive with questions, a concern or a sense of what you would like to understand. Your practitioner will discuss the options with you, including their limitations and whether treatment is appropriate. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
How much is a consultation, and how long does it take?
Fees and appointment lengths depend on the consultation selected. Check the current details in our Phorest booking system before confirming, or contact the clinic if you need help. Any proposed treatment costs are discussed separately before you decide.
Will I have treatment at the same appointment?
A consultation does not automatically include treatment. The next step depends on your assessment and the treatment being considered. Some services need a separate appointment, preparation or a patch test. Our team will explain what applies to your booking.
What should I bring or tell the practitioner?
It is helpful to bring details of your current skin care, medication, allergies and previous treatments, along with any questions you want to ask. Follow the preparation instructions provided with your appointment. Contact us before your visit if anything is unclear.
Is a 3D skin scan included?
A scan is not automatically included with every consultation. Soprano offers dedicated 3D skin-analysis appointments; these can be useful if you would like detailed imaging to support a conversation about skin health or aesthetic planning. Explore our 3D skin-analysis page or ask the team which appointment is appropriate.
