Dr Andrew Culbard and Dr Shad Jaff lead Soprano together, bringing their individual experience to a shared commitment to considered care.

Clinic Director · Facial aesthetics

Dr Andrew Culbard

Andrew brings a background in dentistry and facial aesthetics to Soprano. His approach considers facial balance, individual features and the person behind each consultation.

Experience & background

BDS (Glasgow), Dip MJDF, Dip Clin Orth · GDC 244040.

Following his dental degree, Andrew completed further postgraduate training and gained membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He co-founded Facial Aesthetic Courses in 2015 and teaches fellow healthcare professionals. In 2018, he received the Best Young Dentist award at the Private Dentistry Awards UK.

Dr Shad Jaff

Shad brings experience in dentistry and aesthetic practice, including work at Harvey Nichols and Harley Street. He takes a considered approach to facial aesthetics, with an emphasis on proportion and natural-looking results.

Experience & background

Shad’s work across the UK informs a holistic approach to aesthetic care. Alongside clinical practice, he has taught at an aesthetics training academy in Scotland. His consultations focus on understanding individual priorities, explaining appropriate options and planning care together.

Jemma Anderson

Part of Soprano since 2016, Jemma specialises in semi-permanent makeup, Soprano Ice laser, brows and lashes. She particularly enjoys the subtle definition that carefully considered brows and eyeliner can bring.

Advanced Aesthetician

Alanah Harrower

Alanah’s experience spans laser hair removal, advanced facials, brows, lashes and waxing. She has a particular interest in facial peels and enjoys continuing to develop her knowledge of skin treatments.

Justine

With over 18 years of experience as an aesthetician, Justine brings a depth of knowledge in laser and skin care to Soprano. Her work spans laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments and ongoing skin care, with plans shaped around each patient’s concerns and priorities. From preparation and treatment to aftercare and care at home, her focus is on clear advice, thoughtful attention and supporting skin health over time.

Aesthetic Therapist

Miryne

Miryne is an Aesthetic Therapist at Soprano. She takes a thoughtful, individual approach to care, helping patients feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their time in the clinic.

Advanced Electrologist Practitioner

Shannon Twist

Shannon specialises in electrolysis and the treatment of skin blemishes and thread veins. Her background also includes lecturing and sharing her knowledge with others in the industry.

Sophie Smith

A familiar face at Soprano since 2021, Sophie welcomes you to the clinic and helps with appointments and questions. She values the relationships built with clients and the team over time.

I just had such a great consultation with Jemma for laser hair removal, she was so knowledgeable and I left feeling really well informed. Currently my hair type might not work under laser but I was so grateful for her honest, professional opinion, I think this showed that she really cares for her clients and their outcomes and wouldn’t want to charge for sessions if she didn’t expect to see results.
